Q-Care Medical successfully supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned the Telligence Nurse Call System at Aman Hospital, one of Qatar’s most prestigious healthcare institutions. This project, aimed at enhancing communication and patient care within the hospital, highlights Q-Care’s commitment to delivering state-of-the-art healthcare solutions.
The Telligence system, powered by the ASCOM Nurse Call System, enables real-time communication between patients and nursing staff, significantly improving the quality and speed of patient care. To further boost efficiency, Q-Care Medical also equipped Aman Hospital with the Ascom i63, one of the most advanced Vowifi communication systems, featuring three models: Talker (telephony only), Messenger (with text messaging), and Protector (with manual, man-down, and no-movement alarm options).
The project involved the full supply and installation of the Telligence system across multiple hospital departments, ensuring seamless integration into the hospital's infrastructure. Q-Care Medical adhered to a strict timeline, delivering the system with precision. In addition to its customizable alerts and real-time reporting features, the system is covered by a one-year warranty and an after-sales service agreement to maintain long-term reliability.
